Available Positions

Senior Software Sales Representative. As a part of the of the business development team, this position’s mandate will primarily be to work directly with Interfacing’s clients to assess requirements and propose solutions.  Quick learning of the products and industry is a must, this position requires an individual who can understand a business’ needs and properly articulate the value of the solution to potential clients and partners.  You will be responsible for converting leads to opportunities then sales by demonstrating the software, formulating appropriate business proposals, and employing closing strategies.

Software Development Manager. As a key leadership role, reporting to the CEO, the Software Development Manager is accountable for managing and coordinating resources and processes to deliver software releases of Interfacing Technologies products, while participating in defining the strategy for the product development team by driving initiatives that deliver on the Interfacing vision.

Senior Java Analyst/Developer (Client facing). The Senior Java Analyst/Developer will report to the Project Manager and work on Process Automation solutions both internally with the Interfacing Research and Development team and externally with the Interfacing clients IT teams. The candidate must have strong communication skills, business and IT analysis and requirement/need assessment skills, and work experience in developing client solutions in Java and J2EE.

 

Junior Software Developer. The Junior Software Developer will work under the supervision of the Research and Development manager and will be accountable for developing and maintaining key modules of Interfacing Software Solutions. The incumbent must be familiar with Java programming.

 

Senior Software Developer (Client facing). The Senior Software Developer will report to the Research and Development Manager and will be accountable for developing and maintaining key modules of Interfacing software. The incumbent must be familiar with Java programming.

 

Software Architect / Team Lead. The Software Architect / Team Lead reports to the Research & Development Manager and is accountable for designing and developing key modules of Interfacing software. He or she is also charged with leading a group of experienced developers.
