Positions Available:
Marketing Writer. The Marketing Writer will report directly to the Director, Marketing. The position will require someone who can quickly create quality marketing collateral (online and offline) as well as have the ability to quickly ramp up on our product. The position could be either contract or permanent. 
Intermediate Web Developer. The Intermediate Web developer will report to the Communications Manager and will be responsible for all aspects related to the development of web related content. This will ensure that all Interfacing marketing tools meet company, customer and industry standards. The candidate must be proficient with HTML, CSS, CMS and JavaScript.
Business Analyst. The Business Analyst position will work under the supervision of the Manager of Technology and Services and is primarily responsible for the execution of consulting services and training.
Senior Database Administrator. The Senior Database Administrator will report to the R&D Manager and will be responsible for all aspects related to the development and architecture of the database. This will ensure that all Interfacing software products meet company, customer and industry standards. The candidate must be proficient with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Software Architect/Team Leader. The Software Architect/Team Leader will work under the supervision of the Research and Development Manager and will be accountable for designing and developing key modules of Interfacing Software Solutions. In addition, the Software Architect/Team Leader will be responsible for a group of experienced developers. The incumbent must be familiar with Java and J2EE programming.
Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be involved in working with the Communications Director at developing marketing strategy, creating collateral, and communicating key messages both internally and externally. The position will require someone who is business-minded and either has process management experience, or can quickly ramp up on it.
Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst. The Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the QA Manager and will be accountable for performing the quality assurance and testing activities. This will ensure that all Interfacing software products meet company, customer and industry standards. Moreover, the Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst is primarily responsible for the execution of QA tasks.
Software Quality Assurance Analyst. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the QA Manager and will be accountable for performing the quality assurance and testing activities. This will ensure that all Interfacing software products meet company, customer and industry standards. Moreover, the Software Quality Assurance Analyst is primarily responsible for the execution of QA tasks.
Junior BPM Developer & Business Analyst. The Junior BPM Developer & Business Analyst position will work under the supervision of the Manager of Technology and Services and will be accountable for developing automated processes for interfacing clients. The incumbent must be familiar with Java and J2EE programming.

Latin American / Francophone Account Manager. As part of the business development team, sales representatives are primarily working directly with ITC's clients to assess requirements and propose solutions.
Business Analyst. The Business Analyst position is primarily responsible for the execution of support, training and consulting services, and product design/coordination tasks
Technical Customer Support/ Software Quality Assurance Tester. The Technical Customer Support/ Software Quality Assurance Tester will report to the QA Manager (or Product Manager) and will be accountable for performing the quality assurance and testing activities. This will ensure that all Interfacing software products meet company, customer and industry standards. Moreover, the Software Technical Customer Support/Quality Assurance Analyst is primarily responsible for the execution of QA, Support and some internal IT tasks.
Sales Representative. The Sales Representative must be extremely knowledgeable with our products and technologies and is responsible for formulating appropriate business proposals and closing the deal.
Software Developer. The Software Developer will work under the supervision of a Project Manager and will be accountable for developing and maintaining key modules of Interfacing Software Solutions. The incumbent must be familiar with Java and J2EE programming.
FLEX Developer. The FLEX Developer will report to the RD Manager and will be responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the ITC RIA using Flex based technologies. He/she will also work closely with other developers for integrating the UI with a J2EE based back-end.
Senior Software Developer. The Senior Software Developer will work under the supervision of a Project Manager and will be accountable for developing and maintaining key modules of Interfacing Software Solutions. He/She will also have under its supervision junior developers.The incumbent must be familiar with Java and J2EE programming.
Sales/Channels Assistant. The Sales/Channels Assistant is an entry level position with advancement potential to a sales representative /account management and/or channel management position. You will acquire knowledge with our products and technologies and will be responsible for assisting the Sales Representatives and Account Managers in different sales and marketing support tasks.
