The EPC Advanced Training is intended primarily for process execution and business intelligence. Our trainer will demonstrate how to model processes for execution, implement service applications on the process structure, and collect real-time business intelligence (BI) performance information from process executions.Service Value
This service will teach your company how to take advantage of a detail-rich modeling environment with an integrated workflow system to manage and orchestrate your processes. Model processes and assign roles, resources, and services to activities; then publish your model for execution within your operational work environment. Furthermore we will show you how to leverage statistics collected from real-world execution in order to analyze and improve processes.Service Components
The EPC Level 3 training consists of the following components:- Best practice process modeling for execution
