BPM Product Training: The Enterprise Process Center®

Our Product Training program is designed to reduce the time and cost of integrating the Enterprise Process Center® (EPC) into your company’s operational infrastructure. The EPC is user-friendly and very easy to learn; basic techniques used in one module can be similarly applied in the others. However, learning how to use your new business process management suite to its fullest advantage is the first step towards ensuring the success of your BPM initiative.

BPM Training
During this short program, Interfacing’s experienced consultants will give you in-depth training on the EPC’s Web Portal and Modeler clients. We will use real business processes to show you how to manage process and Object lifecycles, assign roles and responsibilities, and fully benefit from the EPC’s complete and integrated set of modules.

    Maximize Service Value

  • In our experience, the successful implementation of a BPM program requires that all employees understand the motivation behind the initiative. Typically, this demands a clear message from Management detailing their commitment to the program and the role that employees will have to play to ensure its success. Clear and positive communication of our methodology, the program’s overall objectives, and its benefits for employees is critical for maximizing value and reducing resistance at all levels of the organization.
  • We recommend on-site training for all modules. In our experience, the learning curve is considerably shorter when our experts are on-hand to answer questions and address issues in person.
  • We strongly recommend that you discourage multi-tasking during training sessions (e.g. limit access to e-mail, etc.). We understand that, in most cases, employees have other responsibilities and deadlines, but, for the short time that we are on-site, we need full commitment from all participants in order to cover the required material.
  • When possible, form groups by skill level for training sessions (e.g. software skill level, BPMN knowledge, experience with Interfacing products, etc.) so that we can proceed at a pace suitable for all participants.
