Process Readiness Assessment

Service Description

The Process Readiness Assessment service offers companies an objective and efficient means to assess their ability to change and adapt to a process management orientation. Understanding your company’s “process maturity profile” is key to developing the proper business process framework and designing the process deployment program that address behavioral and cultural aspects. Most business process initiatives involve change, and managing that change is central to success. Understanding the barriers to change is fundamental to successful BPM deployment.

Service Value

What are the benefits of the Process Readiness Assessment? The readiness assessment allows ITC to profile your organization relative to how “process mature” your company is currently. By using surveys, multi-level interviews, gathering samples of existing process content, and aligning the process initiative goals, Interfacing consultants can formulate a profile that will identify key success factors, areas of likely resistance and key risk factors. Having this profile will make the process framework design much more effective and more likely to achieve desired results. The profile also highlights important areas of change management, so vital to successful BPM deployment.

Service Components

The Process Readiness Assessment service consists of the following components:
  • Readiness Survey
  • One-on-one Interviews within multiple levels of the organization
