Interfacing opens new office in Singapore

Category: Announcements

Montreal, Canada, December 2007

Advances in computer technology has spurred a revolution in business management in North America, where the most competitive companies now manage their employees holistically via business processes that can be used to control and improve the flow of work. This revolution is now reaching Asia, with Interfacing Technologies Corporation at the forefront. Interfacing has signed a partnership deal with Stuart Wright PTE that will allow them to open a new office in Singapore, putting Asia on the process map. With the upcoming release of their new, reengineered version of their flagship product, Enterprise Process Center (EPC), Interfacing has expanded to push the boundaries of business process management in both quality of service, and technological superiority.

The new Singapore offices of Interfacing Technologies will provide clients and partners in Asia with extended support and greater access to knowledge about the tools and techniques related to Business Process Management (BPM). As the Asian market continues becomes a global superpower, companies in the region are beginning to realign their goals towards greater management efficiency rather than low cost of production. BPM provides these companies with the skills they will need to allow key company decision makers to analyze how work is done – not simply from a production perspective, but in how the office and management itself is run. Interfacing’s expertise in BPM will be a valuable asset to the region, allowing them to provide a personalized service team to their Asian clients, ensuring that none of the knowledge gets lost in translation.
