This update prevents files from retaining old names, especially after edits, translations, or updates, so you always get a document with the most relevant, up-to-date title.
Keep your content secure with enhanced upload validation. EPC now verifies that all uploaded files match their true file type, preventing misleading or unsafe content from being accepted.
For example, a file labeled as a PDF must actually be a PDF, no hidden formats or mismatches. This ensures every upload is exactly what it claims to be.
Admins can also define which file types are allowed (such as Word, text, or PDF), giving you full control over what enters your environment.
Whenever an object is sent for approval, the sender’s comments are automatically recorded in the object’s Version History. This added transparency ensures that every approval request is clearly documented and easily accessible, improving traceability.
Whether you’re reviewing past decisions, tracking changes, or ensuring alignment across teams, this enhancement makes it simple to understand the context behind approvals at a glance.
We’re making approvals more efficient by setting Parallel as the default approval cycle type. This means all approvers can review and approve at the same time, rather than waiting for approvals to happen one by one. This reduces delays and keeps workflows moving.
However, if a Serial approval process better suits your needs, you can easily switch between cycle types at any time.
Existing approval cycles remain unchanged, ensuring a seamless transition with no disruption to your current workflows.
With automated notifications, stakeholders assigned to the attestation cycle through RASCI-VS roles are instantly alerted when a pending attestation task is generated.
This ensures the right people are informed at the right time, helping to speed up task completion, accelerate publishing workflows, and keep processes moving seamlessly.
