The Indian division of a renowned “Big Four” management consulting firm has partnered with Interfacing in their efforts to enrich and differentiate their process documentation and design component of their advisory services.
The firm, which is now the official Interfacing partner for India, has refreshed their process documentation services by taking a more holistic value stream approach and embedding Interfacing’s BPM software, the Enterprise Process Center® (EPC), as part of their standard service offering — collectively known as their new Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions.
